Heat Control

There are three types of heat control offered with CMT hot stamping products.

Basic: Tempswitch manual heat control

a. This option is available on the 912 and 914 units. The tempswitch is set with a screwdriver prior to mounting the heat control adapter on the air cylinder body.

Standard: Digit heat control - 900CDH pictured here

A digital heat control is required with any J Wire thermocouple. This option is available on all CMT hot stamping products.

Advanced: Digit heat control - 900CDHFF

a. A digital heat control along with a mini-plc for foil feed advancement is used on all CMT Ultra hot stamping presses. It can also be purchased for use with a hot stamping unit and foil feed.
