Standard Hand Stamps
Three grades of standard hand stamps include: A Good style that is machine cut, A Better style that is hand cut, and A Best style which is cold forge pressed. While most low volume hand stamp operations would be well suited to use the Good style or machine cut, for most industrial applications it is nice to have the extra length and durability of the Heavy Duty or Best style.
Special Hand Stamps
Special hand stamps are offered for unique applications. The Reverse hand stamps are used to mark in reverse. Thes stamps are marking molds or the backside of parts. The Ball Face stamps and Dot Style stamps are both used when the special application requires a "soft" impact.
R Buster Hand Stamps
The ultimate hand stamp is the R-Buster brand by CMT. These hand stamps are oversized and custom heat treated for amazing work life and durability. The R-Buster hand stamps are multi-character dies or logos. Additional styles of the R-Buster brand include Inspection and Jewelry hand stamps.
Hand Holders
Hand holder or "gang" stamps combine a number of characters into 1 mark. This saves time and helps speed up production marking. CMT offers 3 styles of hand holders; Standard pin rlease, Quick Release, R-Buster Brand with safety shield.
Hand Held Air Impact Markers
For moderate to high production hand stamping, CMT manufactures a line of hand held air hammers. These tools are easy to use and reduce injuries, and improve production.
