So you have selected CMT as your vendor. Thank you. Here are the easy ways to place an order.
Order Expediting
CMT is an original manufacturer. CMT manufacture and build marking tools per customer order. Normal deliveries are 1-2 weeks for stock items. Custom stamps and machines are dependent on production schedules and vendor support.
Order Tracking
Tracking numbers are provided for each CMT order in the invoice. For more help on tracking CMT shipments please see the following link.
On-Line Payment
On-line payment to accept VISA, American Express, Discover, Mastercard, and eChecks.
Credit Application
CMT Extends terms to qualified customer. Please apply for credit terms with CMT.
Return Request
CMT offers repairs services and warranty support through RMA (Return Material Authorization).
Service Ticket
CMT can assist with any in-depth application review or product assistance. This additional service may include: R&D marking evaluations, product start-up support, remote problem solving.
