Columbia Marking Tools EasyMarker can inscribe ferrous and non-ferrous metals, plastic and other hardened materials. Its CNC controlled vibro peen marking function ensures the most precise inscription. For greater flexibility, the penetration depth is adjustable via the pressure regulator.

The base model of the EasyMarker is ready to inscribe right out of the box, no additional equipment is needed. Data entered on the keyboard can be viewed on the LCD display before any marking begins. Rework and downtime can be dramatically reduced, or even eliminated.

EM100- Basic EasyMarker dot peen pin stamp model. 

EM300- Similar to the basic dot peen pin stamp model  with the additional capability of (8) I/O points for system communication

EM400-Industrial dot peen pin stamp model  with debris shutter, and serial interface

EM500- Industrial dot peen pin stamp model  with debris shutter, serial interface, and (16) I/O points for system communication

PMicro- CMT's smallest dot peen pin stamp model EasyMarker for those tight spots
