Air Impact Marker Sample Marks

Air Impact marking systems use steel stamps with force generated from an air driven piston. This piston has mass and velocity as it hits the steel stamp into the part. Model 78 Mite-E-Mark 3/4 ton & 1 ton Air Impact Markers

The model 78 comes in two stroke lengths. Each stroke length has a different optimal force. The 1" stroke has 1500 lbs, and the 2" stroke has 2250 lbs. The 2" stroke is able to mark more characters and/or a deeper mark.
