The complete bench top dot-peen marking system is offered in two versions: 1) Standard for marking flats, 2) with a third axis for marking the OD of round parts. These systems are good solutions for moderate production marking requirements.

Sample Marks

Bench Top Dot-Peen Marking Machine

Standard aluminum T-slot table 12” x 14”, includes heavy duty column with manual adjustment for parts up to 12” tall. A longer table is used to accommodate the rotator (EM150R).

  • System is available with pneumatic or electric dot-peen
  • X-Y motion or with 3rd axis rotator to mark the OD of round parts
  • Standard table top stand offers easy set-up
  • No PC required
Optional Roator for marking OD of Round parts
Optional Rotator: To mark the OD of round parts. Chuck load up to 15 lbs, and maximum OD up to 3.14”.

Utilities:

  •  Electrical components require 110 VAC power, 6 ft electrical cord supplied
  •  Air powered pin
    • 1/4 NPT fitting requires connection to air supply
    • Pressure/depth control through supplied regulator (30-75 PSI operating range)

Features:

  • 3.93” x 3.93” marking window
  • Marking speed of 4-5 (1/8”) characters per second
  • LCD screen with simple menu commands
  • Removable keyboard provided for programming
  • 5 ft cable to connect marking head to controller
  • Marks plastic, wood and metals (up to 50 RC)
  • Rotator parameters: Chuck load up to 15 lbs, and maximum OD up to 3.14”
