C-Series Custom Dot-Peen & Scribe

Versatile marking machine offering both Dot-Peen and “Silent Scribe” marking in the same system. This ball screw drive system comes with either stepper drive offering up to 5 characters per second, or high speed servo drive offering up to 10 characters per second. The system controller offers the flexibility of DC start and mark complete signals, as well as Modbus TCP/IP and digital I/O communication. This system is UID/2D Square-Dot® compatible.

Utilities:

• Electrical motors for X-Y axis require 110 VAC power, 6 ft electrical cord supplied
• Air power required for pneumatic dot-peen*
  • 8mm push-in tube fitting requires connection to air supply (30-75 PSI operating range)

*This feature is not included with electrically powered pin

  • Stepper  marks 5 (1/8”) characters per second
  • Servo marks 10 (1/8”) characters per second
• Industrial controller (no PC required)
• 6 or 25 ft cable to connect marking head to controller
• Pin selections:
  • Carbide pin for dot-peen - marks plastic, wood, and metals (up to 50RC)
  • Diamond pin for scribe - marks harder parts and offers Square-Dot® upgrade
